These terms apply when you use commoncents.work or buy from our shop. By placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
Common Cents Pte Ltd is a social enterprise registered in Singapore (UEN 201618485H). We use the proceeds from our shop, trainings and consults to fund the causes listed on our site. We are not a registered charity. Purchases are not donations and are not tax-deductible.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in Singapore dollars.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was wrong. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- Many of our items are handmade or sourced in small batches, so colours and details may differ slightly from the photos.
Payment
You can pay at checkout by:
- PayNow bank transfer, with no fee. We confirm your order once we see the transfer.
- PayNow through HitPay, with a 0.9% processing fee.
- Credit or debit card through Airwallex, with a 3.6% processing fee.
Any processing fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery and pickup
- We deliver within Singapore only.
- The delivery options, charges and timings are shown at checkout. Courier delivery currently takes 1–2 days and mail takes 1–2 weeks.
- Free pickup is available. We send you the pickup details after you order.
- Once your order is delivered or collected, you are responsible for it.

Using our website
- The text, photos and designs on this site belong to Common Cents or to the people who shared them with us. Please do not reuse them without asking.
- We link to other websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
